About the event
Join CAFP for our first in-person meeting to discuss the "Future of Food Safety". Speakers will include Drs. Mark Moorman (FDA, retired), Lee-Ann Jaykus (NC State University, Professor Emerita), and Don Schaffner (Rutgers University, Department Chair, Distinguished Professor, and Extension Specialist). In accordance with our commitment to offering student professional development opportunities, we will be supporting the future of food safety by hosting a student poster competition.
